IT Product Manager

Overview:
We're seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle for IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. This role will manage the current ServiceNow platform and guide selection and implementation of a new ITSM solution. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align product vision with strategic goals and deliver maximum customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full product lifecycle: prioritize backlogs, drive adoption, and translate user feedback into measurable improvements.
Serve as the liaison between product users and the Digital, Strategy, and Technology (DST) Department.
Align product vision and goals with the DST strategic plan.
Communicate effectively with users, vendors, and leadership; deliver clear training and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Office 365.
Strong project and product‑management skills with a proven track record of successful implementations.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to build trust and influence decision‑making across teams.
Nice to Have:
Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, CSPO, or PSPO).
Experience implementing SaaS solutions or Microsoft 365 applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams).
