Phoenix, Arizona!
As a Co‑Foreman, you'll work alongside the Foreman to lead a crew, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role with fast growth potential.
What We Offer:
Bi‑weekly pay ($18 hourly BOE) + weekly bonus opportunities!
All tools & transportation provided
Full-time, year‑round work (nonseasonal)

What You'll Do:
Assist the Foreman in leading and motivating your crew
Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for job sites
Install foundation and waterproofing solutions
Troubleshoot challenges and ensure quality work
Deliver excellent service to homeowners
Complete all required documentation accurately
What You Bring:
Experience leading crews or small teams
Basic construction or mechanical skills
Strong communication & teamwork abilities
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in crawl spaces
