Retail Supervisor - Inventory
Hourly Rate:
$19.50-$26.50 per hour (part‑time). The rate is based on current comparable roles.

Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
Lead & engage: serve as the primary contact for resolving event‑related concerns, support and execute directives from Area or District Manager, while driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement.

Requirements
At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience as Inventory Associate or similar.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, frequent walking, repetitive motions with both hands and wrists, occasional squatting, kneeling or crouching, ladder use, lifting up to 25 lbs, and frequent travel by car and occasionally by plane including overnight stays.
