Job Summary The Distribution Supervisor supervises a team of Drivers and ensures efficient delivery of Coca‑Cola products to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
Provides leadership to employees through coaching and ongoing performance feedback. Handles staffing responsibilities including interviewing, selection, onboarding, and training.
Oversees the checkout process of fleet, product, and drivers. Conducts daily driver meetings and holds the team accountable to delivery standards, including DOT compliance, uniforms, and equipment needs.
Communicates with internal and external customers and drivers to manage opportunities that may impact successful delivery. Provides timely trouble‑shooting and solution implementation.
Collaborates with dispatch and warehouse departments to ensure routes are planned and loaded correctly on the proper equipment.
Manages and reviews weekly performance results, operating expenses, and labor budgets while meeting service needs. Reviews time‑keeping records for accurate payroll.
Ensures DOT compliance reporting, driver observations, vehicle maintenance, and safety issue resolution.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of three years of work experience.
Two years of supervision or leadership experience.
Prior experience in consumer products, distribution, retail, or warehouse.
Intermediate computer application and technology skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Familiarity with Department of Transportation regulations.
CDL certification preferred.
Valid Driver’s License, current vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record within policy guidelines (no major violations in the last three years).
Pay $56,170 – $66,702 a year
