Job Summary
Responsible for defining MILO roadmap, stakeholder engagement, and dashboard integration at Ford Dearborn location.
Responsibilities
Define and champion MILO product roadmap aligned with Ford’s quality goals
Translate field‑identified quality issues into actionable technical requirements
Lead cross‑functional collaboration across GDI&A, PD, and Manufacturing teams
Guide dashboard development and integration with Ford’s Quality Operating System (QOS)
Support anomaly detection workflows and unit investigations
Track and report KPIs including anomaly prevention and warranty savings
Facilitate weekly syncs and bi‑weekly stakeholder reviews

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Data Analytics
5–8 years in product development, quality engineering, or analytics
Experience in automotive manufacturing quality systems preferred
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
Ability to interpret time‑series and waveform data
Tools & Technologies
Ford Internal Tools: DET, VADR, FDRS, IVS, QOS dashboards, MILO scoring engine
Third‑party Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Suite, Power BI, QlikSense
CAN tools: Vector CANalyzer, VN1630A

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dearborn, MI.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
