Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and implementation team.
Ensure scope, budget and timeline are clearly understood for each engagement.
Work with Project Teams to create Work Breakdown Structure and develop an initial project plan.
Aid in onboarding all delivery resources per project and provide timely assignments to delivery team members.
Provide routine follow‑up to ensure the team is on track with each of their deliverables.
Monitor progress toward project goals and milestones, coordinating with other teams when necessary.
Maintain a Project Plan to define the critical path and timing of activities needed to achieve milestones.
Align plans with Partner and Customer plans.
Provide routine status reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
Monitor timesheet and expense reporting for all resources engaged in the project.
Provide timely corrective action wherever and whenever necessary to keep the project on track.
Compile reports on progress, budgets versus actuals and deliver to personnel and key stakeholders.
Identify trends and relationships among projects to enable frequent and rapid communication across project portfolios.
Provide feedback to resource managers as needed to ensure project, team, and individual success.
Maintain routine communication with stakeholders within Flintfox and customers.
Ensure Flintfox methodologies, tools and templates are utilized as designed.
Manage internal project communications, priorities and tracking with internal Flintfox teams.
Create and maintain all project management tools to mature the Flintfox methodology.
Update documentation related to designs, reports, and project governance per our methodology.
Understand customer requirements within the project and deliver consistently.
Work with customers to achieve successful results.
Act as a conduit between customers and technical teams.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Maintain knowledge of Flintfox and Dynamics ERP products.
Ensure all billable work is billed effectively and within budget.
Raise work orders to deliver project work and any change requests.
Maximize opportunities for billable work.
Ensure timesheets are submitted on time and accurately recorded.
May provide Functional Consultancy support in defining requirements, application design, configuration, triage of issues and testing support as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
At least 5 years of technical project/program management experience.
Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of software engineering principles and development lifecycle.
Foundational knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
Experience with project management tools and methodology, including work breakdown structure and project planning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Assurance of adherence to project billing, timesheet accuracy and budget management.
Capability to provide functional consultancy support on configuration and testing of ERP systems.
Business‑process understanding, requirements gathering, and scope definition.
Ability to work independently across multiple simultaneous projects.
Required Education & Experience
Relevant post‑secondary qualification or substantial relevant work experience.
At least 5 years in technical project/program management.
Project Management qualifications (e.g., Prince 2, PMI, APM).
Knowledge of ERP processes and experience implementing them.
Travel
Typical travel up to 20%; some projects may require up to 50% or more.
