Senior Logistics/Security Analyst
in Dayton, OH. The position requires onsite presence at Wright‑Patterson AFB for four (4) days a week with one remote day and an
active Secret clearance .
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, sustain, modernize, and transform Logistics IT systems to improve logistics, engineering, and force protection operations.
Evaluate current logistics systems; identify improvement areas; implement advanced technologies.
Conduct detailed system analyses, develop requirements, and design solutions that align with organizational goals.
Maintain and upgrade existing logistics systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system integration and interoperability.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather user requirements, provide technical support, and deliver training to end‑users.
Support acquisition documentation, schedules, and funding estimates.
Required Skills
Assist the Combat Arms Program Manager with munitions management, combat arms management, and small arms/light weapons (SA/LW) management.
Assist the Munitions User Functional Manager (MUFM) for the Security Forces functional community with munitions management business practices, including knowledge of appropriate documents to derive munitions requirements for their functional area, analyze data, validate forecasts and allocations, and serve as SME and point of contact for all issues regarding ground munitions, SA/LW, and the use of non‑lethal munitions.
Provide guidance and management to unit‑level combat arms sections who instruct and qualify AF personnel on SA/LW marksmanship and fundamentals.
Assist in authoring AF SA/LW qualification training programs, procedures, and guidance.
Draft electronic staff summary sheets (e‑SSS) and prepare emails ready to send (EMRS) in accordance with the existing MUFM template.

Compensation $95,000 - $102,000 per year.
At Significance, base pay is one part of total compensation and is determined within a range based on local cost of labor benchmarks for each role, level, and geographic location. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. The position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
