What You’ll Do As a Chart Room Specialist at one of our homeless shelters, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, updating, and organizing all client charts for use by members of our Social Services team and review by auditors from our funders and regulators.

Your responsibilities will include: Preparing new charts for new intakes and providing them to the appropriate Case Managers.

Pulling and preparing charts for day and evening case conferences.

Pulling and replacing charts as requested by HELP USA staff and outside auditors.

Ensuring that no charts are lost or misfiled.

Assisting with special projects as needed.

You’re a great fit for this role if you have: High School Diploma or equivalent OR equivalent experience and skills.

Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organizational and administrative skills required.

Compensation Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage, prevailing wage, or exempt salary requirements under federal, state and local laws.
