Overview Salary:
$23.00 per hour + eligible for bonus program
Responsible for assisting in the overall physical repair and maintenance of the warehouse facility.
Responsibilities
Assists Maintenance Tech II in various duties including but not limited to painting, moving furniture, replacing lamps in office, warehouse and dock lights, and light construction.
Conducting regular safety inspections on the building, grounds and equipment including but not limited to roofing, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, fire systems, exit doors, dock levelers, dock doors, pallet racking.
Inspecting and testing machinery and equipment, and diagnosing mechanical problems. Dismantling defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
Assists in installation, fabrication, modification, demolishing conveyors, equipment, offices and other structures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and three years minimum experience as a Maintenance Tech in a related industry or one to two years' experience with a trade school.

Interact with employees and customers in an appropriate manner.
Plan, prioritize and monitor activities.
Complete assigned tasks/projects in a timely manner.
