Role Summary/Purpose We believe work shouldn’t feel harder than it needs to be. When processes are clear, people win. When they’re messy, everyone feels wasted time, rework, frustration, and lost momentum. This entry‑level Continuous Improvement Specialist role is perfect for a curious, observant, and proactive individual who wants to learn how a real precast manufacturing business runs by walking the floor, talking to teams, and fixing problems where the work actually happens. The Continuous Improvement Specialist supports Lockes’ operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, documenting processes, and assisting in improvements that reduce cycle time, cut costs, and enhance team performance. This role provides hands‑on exposure to process mapping, root cause analysis, metrics tracking, and continuous improvement tools, with guidance from the Business Excellence team.
