Compensation:
This role is expected to pay a base of about $250-260k plus bonus and benefits

What You’ll Do:
Define and execute the long-term technology vision aligned with business strategy, growth objectives, and a global operating model
Partner closely with executive leadership to ensure technology initiatives directly support organizational priorities and decision-making
Lead modernization efforts across infrastructure, applications, data, integrations, and security
Strengthen IT operations, governance, and processes to improve reliability, efficiency, and responsiveness to the business
Build, mentor, and mature the IT leadership team while fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration

Extensive experience leading enterprise IT organizations through transformation, modernization, or operational improvement
Proven ability to partner with senior executives and business leaders to drive aligned, strategic outcomes
Broad oversight experience across applications, infrastructure, security, enterprise systems, and data
Demonstrated success developing leaders and building cohesive, high-performing teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technology work into clear business value
