IWG
Community Associate – Phoenix, AZ, United States
4641 N 12th Street, 1st & 2nd Floor, 85014 Phoenix, Arizona
The world of work is changing. Short commutes, flexibility, and convenience are the minimum standards employees want when it comes to how they want to work. At IWG, we are leading the way. We’ve built the world’s largest workspace network so that our customers can work from wherever and however they want, in over 120 countries across the globe.
Opportunity As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries to create and maintain your own community within your center. You’ll help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready and that the cleaners have not missed anything. Throughout the morning you answer customer requests—changing Wi‑Fi codes, checking on packages, guiding people to meeting rooms and helping set up projectors. You also verify that all services are properly charged, ensuring accurate invoices.
A quick coffee break gives you a few minutes to yourself, after which you deal with the mail and continue to handle customer requests. In the afternoon you assist with printing, invoice queries, and open service tickets for office issues. A brief break follows.
In the early afternoon you meet with the Community Manager to discuss next week's networking event. You write e‑invitations, create and post notice board posters, and share information with prospects to encourage them to join the network. The day ends with you wrapping up a large group meeting, guiding participants to a nearby restaurant, and ensuring the center is tidy before heading home.
