Brighton Resort is looking for a junior photographer who feels at home in the mountains and is excited to capture the people, places, and moments that make Brighton feel like home. This role is about documenting the everyday rhythm of the resort— from quiet midweek laps and deep storm days to events, restaurants, and on-mountain programs. Working closely with the marketing and creative team, the junior staff photographer will help create authentic imagery that reflects Brighton's character and community, supporting digital channels, print pieces, and brand campaigns while growing their skills in a hands‑on mountain environment. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Capture high-quality photo content across the resort, including: On-mountain action (skiing, snowboarding, terrain parks, lessons, events) Lifestyle moments around lodges, lifts, food & beverage, and guest experiences Marketing and advertising assets for web, print, and social media Work closely with the Brand Manager and Staff Photographer to plan, produce, and deliver visual content that aligns with seasonal campaigns and resort initiatives. Shoot efficiently in fast-moving, variable alpine conditions while maintaining professional safety standards. Organize, edit, and deliver photo sets on deadline for use across ads, social platforms, websites, email, signage, and internal needs. Maintain organized file libraries and naming structures to keep assets accessible for the entire marketing team. Collaborate with videographers, designers, and social media staff to ensure consistency across all visual outputs. Assist with occasional studio-style product shots or portrait sessions as needed. Uphold Brighton's brand voice and visual identity through all photography. Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating outdoor, action sports, and lifestyle photography. Proficiency in DSLR or mirrorless systems and a wide range of lenses. Advanced knowledge of Lightroom and Photoshop. Ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate to advanced level while carrying gear. Comfortable shooting in winter weather and dynamic environments. Excellent time management and communication skills. Experience working with marketing teams or in a resort environment is a plus. Physical Requirements

Ability to ski/ride with equipment. Can lift 25–40 lbs of gear. Works outdoors for extended periods in cold, snowy, and variable weather. Season & Schedule

Part time seasonal position aligned with the winter operating season. Weekend, holiday, and early-morning/late-day availability based on shooting needs.
