SECNY Federal Credit Union is currently looking for a Digital Services Specialist to aid all digital services administrative functions and provide digital service support as an integral team member. This position works cross-departmentally and in tandem with areas such as Marketing, Business Development, Education and Online Marketing, Back Office operations, and the Contact Center.
Duties & Responsibilities
Learn/know all SECNY digital products and services, their use parameters, capabilities, and benefits.
Provide specific administrative and maintenance support for select digital services, including, but not limited to Online Banking, Mobile App, Mobile Deposit, BillPay, TransferNow, Zelle, estatements, Credit Sense, Cardhub, and more.
Understand and execute tasks with all digital administrative portals including but not limited to Relationship Manager, PartnerCare, Compass, Website, Extranet, etc.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and assist with digital service training efforts on new products and SECNY U.
Create, interpret, and analyze report data for presentation to management, staff, and members.
Work with implementation teams to onboard new digital services and administrative portals as assigned.
Assist with digital service marketing efforts as assigned.
Support various Marketing email campaign efforts including writing/designing emails, testing, compiling reporting, and contact list maintenance, etc.
Manage online services usage reports and communicate with members as assigned.
Compile periodic reports on all progress with related activities.
Assist Director of Education and Online Marketing with social media channels.
Assist with other marketing-related projects as needed.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, spreadsheet software, design software, project management software, database software, contact management systems, credit union operating system, and Windows software.
Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
