for a prominent client of ours. This position is
100% Remote.
Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Duration: 6 months
Pay: $60-64.52/hr.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
Own and manage the end-to-end project plan for the annual Stakeholder Impact Report, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and approvals.
Coordinate inputs from multiple internal teams and subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring timely and accurate content delivery.
Establish and maintain clear communication plans, including regular status updates and progress tracking.
Schedule and facilitate recurring meetings, including agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups.
Manage version control and internal review cycles through final approval and publication.
Content & Reporting Support
Roll out standardized content templates and section outlines to streamline submissions.
Review content for clarity, consistency, completeness, and alignment with reporting strategy.
Edit, proofread, and synthesize complex information into clear, stakeholder-friendly language.
Partner with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and proper substantiation.
Collaborate with creative and design teams to translate written content into final report layouts.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in
project management
Proven experience
managing or contributing to an annual ESG, sustainability, or impact reports .
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics.
Proficiency with
Slack and Google Workspace .
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently manage senior stakeholders.
Ability to remain organized, focused, and calm in high-stakes, deadline-driven environments.
Availability for a full-time, 6-month contract engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks such as
GRI, SASB, and TCFD .
Experience working at a
large, publicly traded technology company .
Experience collaborating with
creative or design teams
on published reports or communications.
