About the Position As the Produce‑Floral Manager, you will lead the department in managing inventory, pricing integrity and key operational processes that require significant attention to detail. This fast‑paced role demands efficiency, effectiveness and a passion for excellence to deliver results.

What You’ll Do
Greet guests and proactively assist them in a friendly manner with accurate and timely service recommendations and accommodating their special requests
Manage order guides, ordering deadlines and reduce shrink or damage
Receive and stock goods that follow rotation standards when replenishing product levels
Direct teams to handle, slice, and prepare specialty produce items, fruit and veggie platters/trays, and convenient meal solutions while maintaining quality product levels as indicated within TFM standards
Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members “on‑the‑job” and through The Fresh Market’s internal training platform to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner
Availability This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Qualifications
3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts and schematics of the department for merchandising
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be at least 18 years old
