What you’ll do As an independent contractor you’ll customize and deliver evidence‑based instructional practices using your own presentation style while staying aligned to our content and outcomes. You’ll model classroom‑ready techniques, guide meaningful conversation and help educators take strategies from good idea to ready‑to‑use.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
Genuine passion for training educators in innovative research‑aligned practices
Familiarity with the spirit of professional learning (job‑embedded, collaborative, data‑informed) is a plus
The work style Remote and project‑based. Earnings vary based on individual effort, business experience, diligence and leadership.
