Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize solutions across the ServiceNow platform. You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while ensuring smooth integrations, performance, and platform best practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced ITSM/ITOM environments and enjoys mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and process improvements.
Mentor junior developers and support team technical growth.
Implement Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management.
Ensure compliance with coding standards and security policies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Hands‑on experience with ITSM, CSM/PSDS, and HAM modules.
Solid understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes and automation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS, etc.) preferred.
Technical Skill Requirements (Minimum 6 Years Each)
ServiceNow development, configuration & integrations
REST/SOAP API integrations
ITSM & ITOM process optimization
ITSM, CSM, HAM modules
Troubleshooting & analytical abilities
