Job Summary As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account, lead a team of associates, and manage safety and sanitation. You will also handle cost controls, menu planning, inventory, and roll out new culinary programs in partnership with marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cost controls and expenditures.
Plan and create all menus.
Purchase and manage inventory.
Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary degree preferred.
3-5 years of culinary management experience.
High‑volume production and catering experience essential.
Previous experience managing cost controls.
Desire to grow with a top‑notch foodservice company.
