About the Role As a Food Runner and Busser at Bourbon Steak, you are a key link between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring dishes arrive with precision, accuracy, and grace. With strong food knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences while working closely with both the culinary and service teams.

What you bring to the table
1‑3 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume atmosphere
Exceptional communication skills
Strong food knowledge
Ability to learn and retain information quickly
Intellectual curiosity
Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time
At least 16 years of age
Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
