Job Description
ABA Provider Services offers our Behavior Technician position. This role involves providing individual therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to meet the child’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities The Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide individual therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include implementing ABA strategies to successfully meet the child’s goals and objectives and maintaining caseload within the chosen geographic area in Connecticut.
Qualifications
At least one of the following experience:
Children with disabilities or developmental delays in settings of ABA Behavioral Therapist, Behavioral Therapist, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Developmental Interventionist, Child Development Specialist, Assistant Teaching, Teaching Assistant, Teachers Aide, Paraprofessional, Autism Services, Childcare, Mental health technician, Educational paraprofessional, Current School Paraprofessionals (afterschool hours – part time).
Associate’s degree in human services or related field or equivalent credits (e.g., psychology).
