Job Description Step into the role of Assistant Store Manager and become an integral leader in shaping an exceptional retail experience. As a key collaborator with the Store Manager and leadership team, you’ll drive both sales and operational excellence, leveraging cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless, omnichannel shopping experience between online and our physical stores. Partner with a forward‑thinking team of associates, all united in helping our customers.

Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training store associates and preparing them to engage customers in new and meaningful ways.
Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
Support and manage the store’s daily activities, ensuring alignment with company and store goals.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance customer experience.
Maintain merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to customers’ purchase journey.
Actively provide and nourish feedback from all levels to continuously improve the business.
Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as needed (boxes 10–30 lbs).
What You Bring To The Team
At least 1 year of management experience within a retail environment (prior retail management experience is a plus).
Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside the store.
Experience working with large teams.
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
Self‑motivated, good communicator who brings out the best in others.
Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical capability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours, and to stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders as required.
Minimum age 18 years or older.
Availability
Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
