Responsibilities
Engage inbound, pre-qualified client requests
Lead professional virtual advisory sessions
Explain recommendations clearly and confidently
Manage files from initial contact through submission
Requirements
State license or willingness to obtain
Background check
Reliable communication skills
Must be a U.S. citizen
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required (training is provided)
