Position Snapshot Assists bartenders and servers by running food from the kitchen to guests. When not delivering food, you provide essential support to ensure fast, friendly, and accommodating service.
Nitty‑Gritty Details
Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all‑out fun.
Keep supervisors promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take corrective action where necessary.
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members.
Adhere to company sanitation procedures.
Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and/or close.
Ensure food is properly garnished before running it out to guests.
Follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure food is delivered timely and correctly.
Deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need.
Offer assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages.
Assist other team members as needed or when business requires.
Be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required.
Demonstrate clear communication with guests and team members.

Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
