Position Summary
We are seeking a full time Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist with special interest in pediatric and adolescent hematology to join our team at the Lisa Dean Moseley Foundation Institute for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Nemours Children's Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.
Responsibilities will include diagnosis and management of a range of benign hematology conditions in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Comfort with inpatient management of pediatric oncology and transplant is a must. Interest in adolescent hematology and collaboration with adolescent medicine and gynecology within a combined adolescent hematology clinic is also welcomed.
Our hematology program includes a supportive and collaborative group of 13 Pediatric Hematologists/Oncologists and 14 nurse practitioners; a thriving Nemours Comprehensive Sickle Cell program; the pediatric portion of the Delaware Hemophilia Treatment Center; and a pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship program. The Nemours Comprehensive Sickle Cell program is also developing several new areas of research focused on sickle cell disease. Clinician-researchers with related interests are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
MD, DO or equivalent clinical doctoral degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME Accredited Pediatric Residency Program and a Pediatric Hematology Oncology Fellowship Program
Board Certification in Pediatrics and Board Eligibility/ Certification in Pediatric Hematology Oncology
Eligibility to obtain unrestricted Medical and DEA licenses in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
An academic record commensurate with appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate or full Professor
Post-fellowship experience preferred/not required
