Job Description
Requirements / Must Have
Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or Project Management.
Minimum of 5+ years of recent experience in a Project Management or Project Lead role.
Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
Experience
Proven experience managing projects through execution and warranty phases.
Experience coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and external customers.
Experience identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Experience managing project financials, including cost tracking and performance against targets.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of multiple modernization, upgrade, and inspection/repair projects.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, scheduling, and delivery activities.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
Communicate proactively with clients regarding project status, risks, and changes.
Report project status, risks, and progress to senior management.Identify and mitigate risks impacting project success.
Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives related to cost, quality, delivery, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
Should Have
Project Management certification (PMI or equivalent).
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Skills
