Shift Details
Regular hours: Monday‑Thursday 8:30 am‑7:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am‑5:00 pm
Additional hours, evenings, and weekends may be required based on program needs
After‑hours coverage for crisis calls with stipend provided

Your Role
Supervise crisis screening, intervention, and intensive case management services
Manage program staff and ensure quality and compliance in service delivery
Provide guidance and support for after‑hours crisis response
Collaborate with clients, families, community partners, and law enforcement
Maintain accurate documentation, data tracking, and reporting
Uphold trauma‑informed care and culturally competent practices

Job Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
LMSW, LLP, or LPC licensure from the State of Michigan
Minimum of 3 years experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Qualified Mental Health Professional credential within 120 days of hire
CAADC credential or active MCBAP Development Plan within 6 weeks of hire
Strong clinical assessment, triage, and crisis intervention skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams and community partners
Cultural competency and nonjudgmental approach to care
