Job Summary Account Operations Manager at Jabil Memphis, TN facility. Lead cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement, maximize profitability, and exceed customer expectations. This role is a full‑time, on‑site position.

Base Pay Range $135,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Retention: Identify staffing, communicate requirements, monitor turnover and implement retention improvements.

Employee & Team Development: Identify strengths and development needs, coach and mentor team members to deliver excellence.

Performance Management: Establish measurable goals, provide feedback to managers, encourage recognition, drive continuous improvement in metrics and customer satisfaction, coordinate large teams and maintain focus during critical situations, ensure fair and consistent recognition and rewards.

Communication: Facilitate open communication, organize verbal and written communication, adapt communication style, act as a link between Business Unit and Operations.

Business Strategy & Direction: Understand strategic directions, align customer strategy, provide updates to leadership, communicate resource requirements.

Cost Management: Develop monthly forecasts, identify cost reduction opportunities, monitor department costs and trends, provide cost feedback.

Forecast Development & Accuracy: Prepare forecasts, analyze trends, complete variance analysis, communicate results to leadership and team.

Technical Management Responsibilities: Train teams on metric‑based management, drive continuous improvement through trend analysis, ensure procedures are efficient and non‑redundant, implement new practices, demonstrate commitment to customer service, lead by example, handle sensitive information, influence business plans.

Management & Supervisory Responsibilities: Report to Business Unit Manager, oversee cross‑functional teams, responsible for strategic execution, team development, and operational alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.

Strong communication skills for presenting to leadership and external stakeholders.

Advanced PC skills, including proficiency in Jabil’s software packages.

Strong mathematical skills including algebra, geometry, and statistical analysis.

Problem‑solving skills and ability to interpret instructions.

Work under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.

Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 15 lbs.

Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments.
