Responsibilities
Drive sales and profitability for the store by selling tires and recommended automotive services.
Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding their needs.
Communicate promotions and product features.
Serve as the primary contact for guest interactions from initial check‑in through completion of service.
Assist with promotional merchandising and special events.
Effectively communicate warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests.
Utilize tools to make recommendations based on manufacturing guidelines.
Assist the Service Manager as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
Perform manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels, for extended periods.
Basic Qualifications
Previous automotive guest service experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum age 18.
No relocation required for this position.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous tire sales experience.
Previous automotive service sales experience.

Demonstrated responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, and teamwork.
Analytical and decision‑making skills.
Ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
