The Regional Sourcing Specialist will manage and optimize procurement and sourcing strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting supplier assessments, negotiating contracts, analyzing data to drive cost‑effective decisions, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders. The role plays a pivotal part in ensuring smooth procurement operations, adhering to company standards, and supporting regional and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to evaluate procurement data and trends
Proficient in effective communication, fostering collaboration with vendors and internal teams
Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and supplier management
Experience in procurement processes and strategies
Knowledge or experience in recruiting processes is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
Ability to work effectively in an on‑site, collaborative team environment in NYC
