Shaheen, Ruth, Martin & Fonville Real Estate is seeking a Marketing Media Manager to join our collaborative Marketing Team in Irvington, VA. This role blends creative marketing and media expertise with occasional office support to help our team and agents deliver polished, effective marketing materials.
The Role As a Marketing Media Manager, you’ll create and manage high-quality marketing content across digital, social, and print platforms while supporting the day-to-day marketing needs of our agents. You’ll work closely with other marketing team members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and creativity in everything we produce. This role also includes occasional administrative support for the office to help keep operations running smoothly when needed.
What You’ll Do Marketing & Media
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to plan and manage marketing campaigns for the brokerage and agents.
Create, design, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and printed materials.
Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, postcards, flyers, and online ads.
Assist agents with personal branding and listing marketing strategies.
Help manage and update the company website, including adding content, updating property features, and making basic back‑end edits in WordPress.
Monitor analytics for social and digital campaigns to identify improvements.
Team & Office Support
Provide occasional phone coverage and front desk support when needed.
Communicate with agents to coordinate marketing needs.
Track agent charges and coordinate with billing as needed.
Pitch in with basic office support tasks to assist overall operations.
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficiency in Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop
Basic knowledge of WordPress back end for website updates and content management
Photography and video editing skills are a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities
