This includes constructing eye-catching displays and end caps, reorganizing shelves for product rotation, and carefully monitoring inventory to ensure retail locations and suppliers maximize revenue. About you:
You feel comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
You are at least 18 years old
You can perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
You possess reliable transportation to and from the work location
You have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
You are experienced in leading and training others
You can utilize your smartphone or tablet for recording work after each shift
You showcase excellent customer service and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, customers, and team members
You are a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and tangible results
You can work independently while also demonstrating effective team leadership skills
You prioritize safety in a retail environment while executing your job responsibilities
