We are hiring a Client Service Representative (CSR) / Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing veterinary team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working with people and pets in a fast‑paced animal hospital setting.
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in creating a positive experience for every visit.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and patients in person and over the phone
Schedule veterinary appointments and manage calendars
Check clients in and out and process payments accurately
Communicate clearly regarding services, estimates, and hospital policies
Answer multi‑line phones, emails, and client inquiries
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians
Support daily front desk and hospital operations
Qualifications and Skills
Previous customer service or receptionist experience required
Veterinary or medical office experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a busy animal hospital environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Compassion for animals and their owners
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused
