Pre‑Service Representative / Patient Engagement Liaison

Job Summary The Pre‑Service Representative is the first contact with Albany Med via telephone, serving as the first touchpoint in our patient experience. This role requires a compassionate and respectful approach, engaging callers professionally and triaging patient and provider requests accurately and expeditiously. The position demands a high degree of concentration, information retention, handling a high‑volume workflow, and quick turnaround of telephone call and fax information.
