Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Complex Sales Manager role representing the Red Cliffs Lodge Zion and Moab properties in Springdale & Moab, Utah. The Complex Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives while establishing and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks encompass managing sales strategies, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, coordinating events, and setting and achieving sales goals that align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications Experience in sales strategy development, account management, and client relationship building Proficiency in market analysis, demand generation, revenue optimization, and forecasting techniques Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Background in hospitality sales or related industries is preferred Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and achieving measurable goals Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM platforms for sales management Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
