Seeking an Outside Sales Representative with extensive hands‑on experience in kitchen cabinets, doors, and millwork to join a well‑established, highly regarded building materials distributor and manufacturer serving contractors, builders, and homeowners throughout Washington. ️ This field‑based, autonomous role is for someone who: Knows how to measure cabinets, doors, and millwork in the field Can read construction plans and complete takeoffs Is comfortable owning the full job lifecycle, from client meetings through estimating handoff Has a proven track record of $100k–$150k+ in monthly sales Operational Scope
You’ll cover Puget Sound, the Peninsula, and Eastern WA, using a showroom (appointment‑based) for client meetings and spending the rest of your time in the field building relationships and closing business. Compensation
Base: $45–$55k (cap at $55k) |
OTE: $100k - $120k Commission on a sliding scale (most reps earn low six figures) Fuel card + $575/month car allowance Company‑provided cell phone Team Culture & Expectations
