They are currently seeking an Insurance Producer for their rapidly growing team. This Insurance Producer is responsible for expanding the agency’s Property & Casualty business, with a focus on High-Net Worth clients. This role involves generating referrals and selling Private Client policies through select carriers. The producer actively engages in outbound marketing, develops referral programs, and builds strong relationships with professionals like wealth managers and real estate brokers. They also manage quoting, onboarding, and servicing accounts through delivering a high‑touch, concierge‑level experience. Collaboration with internal teams ensures superior service and supports client retention goals.
REWARDS
On target earnings $75,000-$100,000

REQUIREMENTS
Current Colorado Property & Casualty (P&C) License
2+ years experience of insurance sales experience
Prior experience working directly with high net worth clientele.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops referral programs through outbound outreach and networking with agents and trusted wealth managers and tax advisors.
Delivers concierge-level service and renewal support for Private Client Group insureds.
Provides risk management advice and collaborates with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience and strong retention.
