About the Sales Operations Manager - X MarketStar is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support our X team within the SMB Market. You will be responsible for managing sales data, evaluating process health, and providing digestible insights that enable leadership to make informed, data‑driven decisions. We are seeking a well‑rounded professional who can identify production gaps and spearhead operational initiatives to increase the growth and efficiency of the program.

Location Ogden, UT – Hybrid

What Will You Do?

Collaborate with Team Leaders and client stakeholders to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.

Identify key trends at the representative, team, and market levels to drive the business forward.

Master program operations to identify and implement continuous process improvements.

Analyze performance metrics to determine trends and guide overall program strategy.

Manage sales coverage assignments and provide accurate growth forecasting.

Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting to monitor and measure sales performance.

Generate data‑driven insights and forecasts for strategy planning and media campaign spend.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards supporting the revenue lifecycle with high levels of accuracy.

Inspect sales process effectiveness and work with leadership to optimize the sales funnel.

Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to guide focus and daily activity.

Present reports including Pipeline & Revenue Forecasting, Trend Analysis, and Aggregation of Customer Insights.

Manage administrative operations including employee onboarding/offboarding in systems and roster management.

Provide necessary data points for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews.

Serve as the main point of contact for tool‑related questions and technical escalations.

Other applicable duties as assigned.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

2+ years of Sales Operations or Data Analysis experience; digital ad/media experience is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to interpret data dashboards to identify trends and focus areas.

Expert proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.

Experience using data visualization platforms, such as Tableau or similar tools, is preferred.

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to influence performance through data.

Ability to work at both micro and macro levels in a fast‑paced team environment.

Capability to adapt well to change and successfully adjust priorities as needed.

Successful completion of a skills assessment during the interview process.
