Key Responsibilities Lead the team to deliver seamless events from setup to breakdown, ensuring every detail meets client expectations. Supervise banquet staff, coordinate event logistics, and serve as the main point of contact during functions. Report to the Banquet Manager. Develop competencies that can lead to roles such as Banquet Manager, Event Planner, or Director of Catering and Conference Services.
Education & Experience No educational minimum. Previous experience in the exact position (preferred). Previous experience in a similar or related position (required). A combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered.
What You’ll Need to Succeed Eligible to work in the United States. Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job‑related needs. Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—without unreasonable accommodations. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
