Job Description:

This is a field position and will cover the Tyler/Longview and surrounding area and will require daily travel as well as overnight stays. This position is considered remote, only within market. Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.

As a Specialist Cricket Indirect Sale your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: As a mid-level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages small to mid-size sales with direct ongoing supervision. Responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory. Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.

Training and Support:

Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure that all channel partners adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.

Conflict Resolution:

Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners.

Compensation Offered Our Specialist Cricket Indirect Sales Managers earn between $61,700 - $92,500 + $20,000 commission. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to meet the transportation needs of the market.

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.

2+ years of related sales experience.

Spanish speaking is a plus.
