Sales Manager
role based on performance.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in
indirect materials ,
safety , or
janitorial supplies
Strong ability to identify, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships
A strategic thinker who understands risk, profitability, and market trends
Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and a passion for building business
Ability to work independently while contributing to overall company goals
Proficient with computers and common business software
Deep understanding of distribution and customer service excellence
College degree preferred but not required
