Client Advisor, Las Vegas - The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace Join Fendi to bring your passion for luxury retail to the iconic Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. As a Client Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals, building lasting relationships with clients through personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements.

Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.

Follow all store guidelines and policies.

Build and maintain client books, manage client inquiries and foster long‑term relationships.

Assist with special requests—repairs, special orders, returns, etc.

Participate in stocking/restocking and visual merchandising.

Use POS system and other software accurately; update customer database.

Acquire product knowledge, company information and stay up to date with industry trends.

Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.

Perform store maintenance and support opening/closing duties.

Support new Client Advisors through training and mentoring.

Adhere to loss prevention, health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience.

Strong drive for results; goal‑oriented.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems.

RTW experience preferred.

Foreign language skills a plus.

Team‑player attitude and collaborate well.

Ability to lift boxes/weights up to 10 lb.

Minimum High School Diploma.

Organizational and digital literacy skills.

Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
