What You Will Do
Lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians with a focus on development and professional growth.
Manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the internal team and authorized service providers.
Champion data analysis to drive insights and decision‑making within a rapidly growing business.
Drive complex initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, customer service and commercial partnerships.
Constantly analyze, refine, and iterate on internal processes to make them simpler and more efficient.
What You Need Required
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience with direct or indirect people leadership
Preferred
Vendor management experience preferred
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP/CRM/FSM
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross‑functionally
$98,200 - $163,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
