Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a rapidly expanding, mission-critical program that has grown significantly in scope, staffing, and technical complexity. This role serves as the primary on-site coordination lead between government stakeholders, multiple Systems Integrators, and several software engineering and geospatial data science teams. The Project Manager provides day-to-day operational oversight, ensuring tasking is clearly communicated, priorities are aligned across teams, and execution remains synchronized across multiple CLINs. This role is distinct from contract administration and is focused squarely on delivery execution and operational coordination at scale.**Responsibilities:** Identify and resolve cross-team issues related to scope, schedule, staffing, or changing requirements.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering), or equivalent experience in lieu of degree. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience supporting technical programs or projects. Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple teams or vendors in a complex technical environment. Proven ability to manage priorities and tasking across engineering, analytics, or geospatial teams. Strong experience working directly with government stakeholders in an on-site role. Experience coordinating or leading work across multiple integrators or subcontractors. Experience supporting software engineering, data science, or geospatial programs. Familiarity with Agile or iterative development environments. Experience working across multiple CLINs or funding lines. Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.Experience supporting high-visibility or mission-critical programs within the Intelligence Community.
