As a Campus Missionary with Christian Challenge AZ, you will:
Engage college students with the gospel
Develop disciples of Jesus Christ
Mobilize servant‑leaders for the church
Send Missionaries to the world
You’ll find opportunities to work with a network of missionaries partnering with local churches to reach the next generation on college campuses. You’ll be immersed in a ministry culture with defined strategies for Evangelism, Discipleship, Leadership Development, and Missions. You’ll be challenged in your personal development through mentoring, training, and growth opportunities and a healthy work/life balance with a focus on whole‑person health.
Qualifications A person of character; a fully‑devoted follower of Christ with a passion for engaging the lost, developing disciples, mobilizing servant leaders, sending out missionaries and a heart for the next generation.
A person with a history; a clear personal salvation testimony and experience of believer’s baptism, current church involvement, and a bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
About Christian Challenge AZ Christian Challenge AZ is the collegiate ministry of the Arizona Mission Network of Southern Baptists and is currently recruiting full‑time campus missionaries who will raise their personal support. Challenge endeavors to partner with local churches to advance God’s Kingdom on every college campus in Arizona.
