The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, are currently seeking an Executive Events Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Chicago, IL. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Pay: $33-35/hr
2-month assignment with strong possibility of extension based on performance and budget
100% Onsite role, M – F, 9AM - 5PM
This position will be responsible for managing event operations and execution, including calendar coordination, ticketing, logistics, and on-site support for executive, customer, and employee events.
This position will be responsible for planning and coordinating events within the Salesforce platform, partnering cross-functionally with internal service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
This position will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, budget tracking, and pre-, onsite, and post-event execution.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and calendar management skills (Google Calendar required)
Experience working in Salesforce platform preferred
Event planning or coordination experience
Strong customer service skills with experience interacting with executives
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Experience managing budgets, invoices, and vendor coordination
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
