Job Description Operating in the Telecommunications sector, this role supports network services, managed connectivity, and unified communications solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers across the United States. The team focuses on selling integrated carrier services, cloud voice, and managed network solutions through both direct and channel motions.
We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across a defined U.S. territory in a fully remote capacity. This is a hands‑on quota‑carrying role focused on pipeline generation, channel development, and closing strategic deals for iZone Telecom.
Role Responsibilities
Own a defined U.S. territory: build and execute territory plans to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and revenue quota.
Develop pipeline through direct outbound, inbound lead follow‑up, and strategic partner/channel engagement to progress opportunities across stages.
Manage full sales lifecycle: qualify opportunities, design solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals with enterprise and mid‑market customers.
Partner with channel managers and reseller partners to recruit, enable, and co‑sell—build joint business plans that drive measurable bookings.
Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM; prepare regular account reviews and executive summaries for leadership.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, solutions engineering, and customer success to ensure smooth implementation and maximize customer lifetime value.
Skills / Qualifications Must‑Have
Proven track record of regional or territory sales success in telecommunications, managed services, or network/cloud solutions.
Demonstrated experience managing channel partners and direct enterprise/B2B sales motions.
Strong experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
Practical experience with CPQ or proposal/configuration tools and robust commercial negotiation skills.
Excellent territory planning and pipeline generation capabilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.
Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel regionally as required (typically up to ~40%).
Preferred
Experience selling UCaaS, SD‑WAN, MPLS, cloud voice, or managed network services.
Familiarity with HubSpot or additional CRM/automation platforms.
Existing relationships with carriers, MSPs, or VARs in target regions.
