What You Will Do

Prospect and Develop New Business : Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach.

Manage the Sales Process : Use Novatech’s proven methods to build your pipeline, track activity, and forecast results.

Engage the Community : Build relationships within the local business network to uncover opportunities.

Deliver Value : Offer customized solutions by understanding client needs and becoming a trusted advisor.

Connect with Decision-Makers : Present to business owners, executives, and IT leaders.

Achieve Sales Goals : Meet and exceed monthly targets within your defined territory.

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Previous outside sales experience preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation

Comfortable commuting to the

Nashville office

as needed
