Job Summary The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact with our customers, sales, and production. The role is responsible for managing and expanding client relationships and while ensuring client print campaigns are executed flawlessly. The Account Manager maintains a strong focus on quality and delivery timelines while providing strategic guidance to optimize performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer objectives, anticipating needs, and offering solutions that support successful print campaigns.
Facilitate client jobs through order entry to billing in partnership with respective departments and sales executives.
Collect and record data required for successful implementation of print, kitting, fulfillment and distribution activities.
Translate client expectations into actionable specifications and contribute as a part of a multi-disciplinary team to create success.
Coordinate outside services and other vendor-supplied services, ensuring accuracy, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor the status of active projects, collaborating closely with scheduling, production, and operations to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on processes, workflows, and client needs
Maintain required documentation relating to job order and changes to the job requirements.

Requirements Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or associate’s degree plus four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
Strong verbal, listening and writing skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer environments and projects.
General knowledge of conventional press (applications, impositions, substrates, ink, estimating); print production (press, bindery, hand labor); digital small and grand format (applications, substrates, ink, estimating).
Understanding of fulfillment technology and distribution methods (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
Solid knowledge of graphics processes and be able to analyze, solve problems, and make decisions.
Work Conditions and Physical Requirements
Frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time.
Occasional walking
Ability to visually inspect all work for defects.

Pay Range USD $60,000 - USD $90,000
Pay Statement The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
