As a
Sales and Settlement Administrator
in our local homebuilding division, you will help keep operations running smoothly and support a growing division as it builds more homes. Your organizational, prioritization, and customer service experience will be an asset in this position.
What you will be doing
Accurate data entry for new home options and contracts
Track and monitor the progress of a sale through the new construction pipeline
Interact with customers, scheduling settlement dates and communicating updates
Prepare settlement documentation and coordinate with lenders, attorneys and title companies for settlement related details
Support the administrative needs for the construction side of our business
Qualified applicants have
2+ years of office and/or administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail‑oriented with effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of the administrative team
Sales & settlement processing experience in Real Estate or Homebuilding is a plus
